Terms and Conditions of Pacific Union Christmas Giveaway

Both new and old customers are eligible to participate.

If there are multiple trading accounts under the same customer’s name, the system will automatically merge the statistics, and the name on the customer’s identity certificate shall prevail.

Each trading lot is calculated according to the standard lot.

Participating accounts: Standard account, Prime account, Islamic Standard account and Islamic Prime account.

This promotion is not applicable to cents, IB and CPA accounts. PAMM and MAM customers need to open an additional personal trading account to participate in this event.

The number of trading lots is subject to MT4 time 01/12/2021- 31/12/2021. The order volume statistics of newly opened and closed orders will start from this period.

Participating products include: currency pairs, gold, silver, crude oil spot, and crude oil futures.

Each customer can only participate in one prize redemption.

If the gift cannot be purchased due to force majeure factors such as product off-shelf, stock-out, etc., the customer can apply for cash equivalent to the market price of the product (transfer the funds to the customer’s trading account).

The price is based on USD price (or equivalent currency).

Orders with a holding time of less than 5 minutes will not be counted in the effective number of hands participating in the activity.
No withdrawals are allowed during the event. Any withdrawal behavior during the event will automatically be regarded as the customer withdrawing from the event.

Any fraud will result in the loss of the right to participate in current and future trading activities.

The definition of fraudulent activities is as follows:

  • Regardless of risks, maliciously increase the transaction volume by using other people’s accounts, causing huge losses to the account.
  • Exploit technical loopholes in the industry to generate a large number of invalid orders.

This activity cannot be used at the same time as any other activity.
