Account verification is necessary for withdrawal and deposit by credit/debit card and paypal.
You can deposit via all e-wallets and trade without verification but you cannot withdraw.
In order to process your documents (ID and Proof of Address) verification, please upload your documents as per specifications mentioned below:
- Your documents must be scanned.
- The resolution of uploaded documents must be at least 300 dpi to be accepted.
- Uploaded files must be one of these formats: GIF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, BMP or PDF.
- Electronic documents are not acceptable.
- Submitted document must have date of issue.
- Documents for address verification must be issued within the last 6 months.
- Sheared or fragmentary documents are not acceptable. Uploaded documents must be full photo.
