There are two causes of this issue:

1. Slow internet speed

If your buy or sell position has already been closed, but the status is not updated due to delay issues, this can happen if you keep trying to close.

To solve the problem, log out of the terminal program (MT4 or MT5) and log in again, or log in using a different device.

2. Parameter not allowed

This can also happen if you enter the wrong lot size or do not set the price/volume (manually or by system trading (EA)).

To avoid such errors, be careful to follow the limits set by each account type.

In this case, please make sure you have entered the parameters within the limits of the selected account type.
