After logging in to your account management center, click “Deposit”-select “Local Transfer”-click “Malaysia Bank Instant Transfer”-fill in the account number and deposit amount-click “Submit”.

If you use Malaysian Bank Instant Transfer (Primary): Support Bank Including Hong Leong Bank, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, select your bank on the bank selection page and log in to your online banking in Malaysia. When you select the corresponding bank, you will be redirected to the login page, please log in to you Bank account, follow the prompts to complete the deposit through your mobile banking/online internet banking.

How to operate Bank of Malaysia real-time transfer and deposit

If you use Malaysian Bank Instant Transfer (Secondary): Supported banks include Ambank, Bank Islam Malaysia, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB.

Select your bank on the bank selection page, and log in to your Malaysia online banking. Choose The bank you want, then click “Bayar dengan XXX”.

You will be redirected to the login page, please log in to your bank account, and follow the prompts to complete the deposit through your mobile banking/online internet banking (the login page of each bank is different, please follow the bank login page you choose Prevail)

If you have successfully deposited but failed to arrive or cannot deposit, please contact online customer service or send an email to info@puprime.com and provide the following transaction information to assist in inquiries:

  • MT4/MT5 transaction account;
  • Deduction screenshot (including receipt (Payer’s information, amount, deduction time) / Screenshot of the error message that cannot be deposited;
  • Situation description.
