To change your email address, you need to go to your personal area.

At the top of the screen, you will see a verification widget.

Click Email Confirmation → Change Email, then enter the correct email address and click the verify button.

You will receive an email with a confirmation link.

Follow the link to verify your address.

Upon completion, your old email address will be deleted from the database and the new address will be available for authorization in your personal area.

To change the verified email, please contact your personal manager or send an email, indicate “change my email address” in the subject line of the letter, and indicate your Full name and wallet number.
