For desktop browsers: Go to the My Account section of the personal area, find the account you need and click on the option-Retrieve Password.
For the web browser on the smartphone: Go to the My Account section of the personal area, find the account you need, click on it to expand the account card, and then click on the recovery password below.
For AMarkets’ mobile application: select the desired account and click on it to go to the account card. Next, click Send by mail next to the password.
In all 3 cases, you will receive an email with a new password.
If you encounter any difficulties or do not receive an email containing a new password, please contact your personal manager.
