Internal Transfer between Exness accounts
Exness is pleased to offer a useful internal transfer feature that allows you to instantly transfer funds between your trading accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Internal transfers are processed free of charge, but for accounts using different currencies, the exchange rate at the time of the internal transfer between accounts is applied.
Internal transfer within the personal information area:
For internal transfers, the minimum transfer amount is 1 USD and the maximum transfer amount per month is 3,000,000 USD.
The minimum and maximum transfers apply to other clients’ Exness trading accounts but are subject to conditions such as the country of residence and the relationship between the trading accounts.
Transfers between MT4 based trading accounts and MT5 based trading accounts are also possible and vice versa.
How to transfer funds internally
The method to perform internal transfer between your personal accounts is as follows.
- Go to the privacy area, click the gear icon on your trading account, then select Transfer Funds.
- On the Transfer between My Accounts tab, select the account you want to transfer internally and the account you want to transfer, enter the transfer amount, and click Transfer.
- A summary of the transaction will be displayed and a verification code will be sent to you by SMS/email (depending on the security type selected). Enter the verification code and click Confirm withdrawal.
- The transfer is complete.

How to transfer funds to another person
Here’s how to make an internal transfer to another customer account.
- Go to the privacy area, click the gear icon on your trading account, then select Transfer Funds.
- Select the Transfer to Another User tab.
- Select the account for which you want to execute the internal transfer, enter the trading account to receive the internal transfer, the amount of the transfer, and click Transfer.
The first time you transfer funds from that account-be careful! There are no previous transfers of funds to this account.
Internal transfers cannot be canceled.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the account number to which funds are transferred is correct, and Exness does not compensate for losses due to input errors in the process of internal transfer.
You can also check the trading account number of the person to whom the funds will be transferred, or make sure that the trading account number and email address match (this is optional, but recommended).
If your email address does not match your trading account number, you will be notified and the transfer request will not be executed.
The transaction summary will be displayed on the screen and you will receive a verification code (depending on the security type selected) by SMS/email.
Enter the verification code and click Confirm Payment.
The transfer operation is complete.
Rules of Internal fund Transfers
There are some limitations regarding internal transfers.
- In case of an internal transfer, the sender must complete the identification of his/her account.
- If the account of the person receiving the internal transfer is not verified, the maximum amount that can be received is 2,000 USD.
- In the case of an internal transfer to an account registered in another country, the sender and the recipient must have a partner-customer relationship, so if the account does not have a partner-customer relationship, internal transfer between countries is not possible.
- The payment method used to withdraw the transferred amount must be the same as the method used to deposit money into the customer’s account.
Here is an example:
You made a deposit to a specific payment service and then attempted to transfer it to an account that is not available for that payment service (usually not available in your country).
In this case, the request for an internal transfer will be rejected for the reason specified.
When transferring to a newly opened trading account, the transfer amount must be at least the minimum deposit amount.
For example, if you are transferring to a new Pro account, the amount must be at least 200 USD.
For certain payment systems, such as bank cards, Bitcoin, and other electronic payment services (EPS), internal transfers to accounts other than your personal information area are not permitted.

How to withdraw funds received by internal transfer?
In order to withdraw funds that have been transferred to one of your other accounts or from another customer, the customer who is the recipient of the internal transfer must use the same payment method used to deposit in the sender’s account.
Here is an example:
Suppose you made a deposit using WebMoney to one of your own accounts, Account A.
Then we send the funds via internal transfer to account B At this point, in order to withdraw funds from Account B, you must use WebMoney in the same payment method used to deposit into Account A.
