Credit and Debit Cards
You can use VISA, Mastercard, and American Express to deposit funds to FXPrimus. Online Wallet (e-wallet)
FXPrimus accepts Neteller and Skrill. You can deposit funds in USD, EUR, GBP, PLN, and HUF. FXPRIMUS does not accept third-party deposits. Payment must be made in the name that matches your FXPRIMUS trading account. If FXPrimus receives any third party’s fund deposit, FXPrimus will refund and the cost will be borne by the third party.

Condition of Fund Withdrawal from FXPrimus

All withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours of 7:00-21:00 (GMT+2) during the working hours from Monday to Friday of each calendar month. For more information, please send an email to withdrawal@fxprimus.com to contact the team.

Withdrawal by credit card will be processed within 24 hours of application. Please note: the funds will be credited to your bank account within 4-8 business days.

The withdrawal/refund of the credit card cannot exceed the initial deposit amount or the total amount of all credit card deposits. If your withdrawal amount exceeds your initial deposit or the total amount of all deposits, you can use the withdrawal methods available in FXPrimus’s member area to collect the remaining amount. You can send an email to contact FXPrimus about withdrawal-related questions.

For all accounts (individual, corporate and joint accounts), FXPRIMUS will only process the withdrawal/refund from the source of the initial deposit in accordance with the gold priority schedule listed below:

  1. Credit/debit card withdrawals. The credit card will be the first way to refund, and the amount is limited to the total amount of the deposit.
  2. Bitpay and e-wallet withdrawals After the refund of all credit/debit card deposits is completed, Bitpay and e-wallet refunds/withdrawals will be processed immediately.
  3. FXPRIMUS Prepaid MasterCard®: All withdrawals to FXPRIMUS Prepaid MasterCard will be processed after the credit and debit cards have been fully refunded.
  4. All other methods, such as bank wire transfer, will be used immediately after the above two methods have been completely exhausted. After all the original funds are returned, the withdrawal of funds can be immediately used in any available method in the FXPRIMUS member area. Please note: withdrawals can only be processed in the same way as the name of the FXPRIMUS account holder.
