The statistics and highlights are based on historical data obtained from the FXCM Group, excluding FXCM EU LTD.
- 62.11% of orders did not undergo SLIPPAGE.
- 24.82% of orders received positive slippage.
- 13.08% of orders received negative slippage.
- 69.01% of limit orders and limit entries received positive slippage.
- 54.81% of stop orders and stop entries received negative slippage.
- Over 86% of orders with zero or positive slippage.
Over 86% of all orders receive either positive slippage or zero slippage, this means that those trades were executed at the price the client clicked at or at a better price with FXCM. This effectively reduces your spread on execution.
It is possible to be executed at better prices than the spreads displayed.
Effective Spread is a better measure of trading costs because it incorporates Price Enhancements.
