Forex broker HFM (HFMarkets) has changed some procedures for credit and debit card deposits.
From now on, for credit card or debit card deposits exceeding $1,000, it is necessary to log in to myHF and upload additional documents.
Procedures for credit card deposits exceeding $1,000
The specific additional procedures for credit card or debit card deposits exceeding $1,000 are as follows.
- Log into myHF and apply for a total of $1,000 card deposit
- In myHF, perform three procedures
- Upload electronic data of front and back copies of the payment card
- Upload billing statements from the last three months
- Fill out and submit the authentication form available in myHF
- After confirmation by HotForex, the deposit is completed
At HotForex, two required documents & one form content are held pending until confirmation is completed, and the deposit will not be completed until then.
Deposit and Withdrawal Fees
Deposit fees at Forex broker HFM are generally free.
Withdrawal fees are also generally free, except for a 1% charge on cryptocurrency withdrawals using bitpay.
