What documents are required by FXPro to open an account?

FXPro needs a copy of your valid international passport, ID card, or driving license in order to verify your identity.

FXPro also requires you to provide proof of residence, such as utility bills or bank statements filled in with your name and address within the last 6 months.

You can upload your files when registering.

You can also click “My Profile” through FxPro Direct, and then “Upload File”.

  • Use your email and password to log in to the FxPro Direct backend.
  • Prepare a copy of your passport, ID card or driving license. (Proof of address, such as bank statement or utility bill, must be dated within 6 months.).
  • Click the “Upload” button and select the files you need to provide.

File authentication is very fast, you can check the progress from the place where the Direct background uploads.

Please note that currently Please note that uploading the documents through Direct is the only acceptable channel of submitting these documents and that any documents sent by email will not be processed.

FxPro has taken strict precautions to ensure the safety of your personal information.

Your password is encrypted, and your personal information is also stored on a secure server.
