If you log in successfully and get an error message like this, it is because the chart has not yet been loaded.
To work around this problem, close the chart in the chart window.
Then drag the currency pairs you want to select from the Composite Quotes pane to the Chart pane.
The chart should now be updated and displayed correctly.
