After you complete the remittance, please complete the form below and attach a screenshot, photo or copy of your remittance receipt.
Please make sure that your full name, account number and remittance amount are clearly displayed on the remittance receipt so that we can process your remittance.
Under normal circumstances, international remittances will arrive in 3-5 working days, but the actual arrival time needs to be subject to the bank’s processing speed.
