What is FXOpen’s PAMM?

PAMM – (Percentage Allocation Money Management) provides one client (Subscribers) with the opportunity to follow the trading strategy of another client (Provider). The Provider trades with his own funds and his trading strategy using PAMM technology is reproduced in relation to the Subscriber’s funds.

Funds allocated by the Provider and the Subscriber to participate in PAMM are not actually transferred to other accounts, but are no longer displayed on the personal trading accounts of the Provider and the Subscriber and are accounted for separately from the rest of the funds. This makes it possible to apply identical market conditions to all PAMM participants when executing trading signals and to prevent the use of these funds for trading and margin calculations on the personal trading accounts of the Provider and the Subscriber.

PAMM technology gives Subscribers the opportunity to profit from trading on the Forex market without the need to study market analytics and perform trading operations themselves.

Example of PAMM for traders and investors

Trader A registers as a Provider. The Provider’s capital is USD 10,000.

Then he creates an offer (an offer to clients to follow his strategy using PAMM technology) with parameters 30/5/10 – 6/4 – 10,000/1000/100 – 10. The trading interval is a month.

Subscriber 1 and Subscriber 2 decide to follow the Provider’s trading strategy. Subscriber 1 and Subscriber 2 allocate from their funds 25,000 USD and 15,000 USD, respectively, to participate in trading using the PAMM technology. Thus, the balance of the PAMM account at the beginning of the first Trading Interval is 50,000 USD.

As a result of the Provider’s successful trading by the end of the first Trading Interval, the balance of the PAMM account increased to 75,000 USD.

After all payments in accordance with the parameters of the offer, the profit of the PAMM account participants was:
