Among FXOpen AU Pty Ltd a number of formal procedures governing the transfer of funds between accounts (eWallet), registered within the group FXOpen (FXOpen Group) companies.

On the one hand, they are aimed at simplifying the process of transferring funds between accounts, on the other, at preventing possible financial crimes, including the financing of terrorism.

To transfer funds from an eWallet registered with FXOpen Au Pty Ltd to an eWallet with FXOpen Markets Limited ( Reg. # 42235, PO Box 590, Springates East, Government Road, Charlestown, Nevis ), follow the instructions below. Please note that the transfer of funds is possible only if both accounts (eWallet) are verified (have the “Verified” status) and are registered to the same person.

To make an external transfer, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your FXOpen Personal Area.
  2. Go to the Settings tab → Invoice documents.
  3. Select and download the Power of Attorney in PDF format from the list of provided documents (hereinafter “Form”).
  4. Fill out the form, print, and sign.
  5. Please scan the signed form in proper quality and send it to FXOpen.

Upon receipt of your completed form and request for an external transfer of funds, FXOpen Au Pty Ltd will check that the request (including the form) meets the company’s requirements.

If all requirements are met, funds will be transferred to your account (eWallet) with FXOpen Markets Limited within 24-48 hours.
