How to use FXOpen’s VPS virtual server?

You can get free VPS hosting for a month, provided that:

  • the equity (funds) in your accounts at the end of the month is USD 5000;
  • or the volume traded in a calendar month is 10,000,000 USD.

Upon request, FXOpen may provide you with a royalty-free third-party VPS (Virtual Dedicated Server) service on the terms.

If these conditions are not met at the end of each month, a service fee of 30 USD will be charged from your trading account or e-Wallet opened with FXOpen. The payment for using VPS is automatically calculated and deducted for each calendar month (for example, if you requested the provision of a service on June 25, then by June 30 you need to achieve the required volume of turnover so that the service usage fee will not be debited from your account).

For customers who recently use the services of FXOpen, and the balance of the FXOpen eWallet and their trading accounts is less than 5000 USD, the commission for using the VPS service (30 USD) will be withheld at the time of ordering the VPS and then refunded until the 10th day of the next month, at if one of the conditions for obtaining a free VPS is reached (monthly volume of one-way trade in the amount of USD 10,000,000 or account equity in the amount of USD 5,000).

You can refuse to use VPS hosting using a request sent to vps@fxopen.com by the 28th of the current month. The provision of the service will be terminated from the 1st day of the next calendar month. FXOpen reserves the right to disable VPS hosting if there is no trading activity on your accounts for three months.

Please note that in the absence or insufficient amount of funds on your accounts, when you write off the fee for using the VPS, a negative balance may be formed on them (minus 30 USD monthly). The amount of the fee is charged from the funds withdrawn from the account.

VPS service is provided by third parties. Neither FXOpen nor any of its partners and/or service providers are responsible for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the data you receive using VPS hosting.
