      To be eligible for a professional account, you must meet at least 2 of the following criteria:

      Sufficient trading activity in the past 12 months
      You have traded, in substantial volumes, on the relevant market with an average frequency of 10 per quarter over the past four quarters (with AvaTrade or other brokers). Relevant Market includes OTC derivatives such as leveraged CFDs, forex and spread betting.
      Relevant experience in the financial services industry
      You work or have worked in the financial sector for at least one year in a professional position, which requires knowledge of the desired transactions or services or Financial instrument portfolio over € 500,000 (including cash savings and financial instruments).
