How to deposit funds via EPay to FXOpen?

To fund your account through the Epay system:

Select Deposit → Electronic Payments → Epay in the My FXOpen Personal Account.

Fill the form:

Where
Select the account you want to fund (eWallet or merchant account).
Currency
For eWallet, select a currency pocket.
Amount
Enter the amount of the deposit (min 10 and may vary depending on the currency of the deposit).
Deposit currency
Select the deposit currency (USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY).

Click the Add Funds button.

You will be redirected to the Epay payment system page.

How to follow up your EPay Transfer?

If you have made a deposit with Epay but the funds have not been credited to your FXOpen account, please use the Payment Notification Form.

Select Deposit → Electronic Payments → Epay in My FXOpen Personal Account and click on the payment notification link.

Fill out the notification form and click Notify.

Epay Account – Enter the email address used to sign in to Epay.

Details of your payments (including payment ID and the payment date) can be found on the Transaction Record tab of your Epay account.

Click the eWallet number on the left side of the My FXOpen Personal Account.

The status of the operation is shown on the History tab.
