Select Deposit → Electronic Payments → CashU in the My FXOpen Personal Account.

Fill the form:

Select the account you want to fund (eWallet or merchant account).
Currency
For eWallet, select a currency pocket.
Amount
Enter the amount of the deposit (min. $ 10).
Deposit currency
Select the deposit currency (USD).
Top-up limit: $ 10 – $ 5000 per day.

Click the Add Funds button.

You will be redirected to the CashU payment system page.

Confirm the operation.

After a successful payment, funds will be instantly credited to your FXOpen account.

How to follow up CashU money transfer?

If you have made a deposit with CashU but the funds have not been credited to your FXOpen account, please use the payment notification form.

Select Deposit → Electronic payments → CashU in your My FXOpen Personal Account and click on the payment notification link.

Fill out the notification form and click Notify.

Account — Enter the email address used to log into CashU.

Detailed information about your payments (including the payment number and payment date ) can be found in the Personal Account CashU.

Click the eWallet number on the left side of the My FXOpen Personal Account.

The status of the operation is shown on the History tab.
