How to deposit funds via Advanced Cash (AdvCash)?

To replenish your account via the AdvCash payment system :

Log into your My FXOpen account.

Select the menu item Replenishment → Electronic payments → AdvCash.

Fill out the top-up form:

Select the type of account to which you want to deposit funds (eWallet or trading account);

Currency

Select a currency wallet;

Amount

Enter the amount of the deposit (min. 3 USD or EUR);

Deposit currency

Select the deposit currency (USD, EUR).

Click the Add funds button.

You will be redirected to the AdvCash payment system page. Follow the steps below to complete the deposit process.

Select a payment method (Adv Wallet), and then click Go to payment, and then log into your account AdvCash.

Select the currency wallet from which you want to pay. Click the Continue button.

Payment details will be displayed on the screen. Click the Continue button.

After a successful payment, funds will be instantly credited to your account. Then the system will automatically redirect you to your FXOpen personal account.

How to follow Advanced Cash (AdvCash) transfer

If you have successfully completed the process of depositing your account through AdvCash, but the deposit has not been credited to your account, use the Payment Notification form.

Select the menu item Replenishment → Electronic payments → AdvCash and click the payment notification link.

Fill out the notification form and click the Notify button.

Operation identification number (Transaction ID), you can view your account AdvCash in the list of the recent transactions.

Click the eWallet number on the left side of the My FXOpen Personal Account.

The status of the operation is shown on the History tab.
