How to update my personal information registered with ZuluTrade?
You can edit your personal details from the “Account” page (personal details tab) of your account.
Remember to click “Save Settings” to save all changes.
How to change the email address registered with ZuluTrade?
You can change the registered email address of your account by sending an email request to support@zulutrade.com using your current email address.
Please make sure your application includes the new/old email address and ZuluTrade account username.
How to change the leverage of my ZuluTrade account?
ZuluTrade cannot modify the leverage of your account-it needs to be modified by your dealer.
How can I add extra funds to my ZuluTrade account?
You will directly carry out the deposit operation on the broker’s platform; after the deposit is confirmed in your broker’s account, it will also be displayed in your ZuluTrade account immediately.
After depositing funds into the EU investor account, the “suitability questionnaire” needs to be refilled in order to redistribute the funds to the account’s investment portfolio.
How to withdraw funds from my ZuluTrade account?
You can directly contact your dealer to apply for withdrawal from your account.
If you plan to withdraw a significant proportion of funds, it is recommended that you check your ZuluTrade account settings, because your currently selected trader may open a new position or order before your trader processes the withdrawal request, which will cause an account The potential risk of liquidation.
How to change ZuluTrade account password?
If you are already logged in to your account, you can change the ZuluTrade login password by clicking “Account”. Page and select the “Password” option.
If you have forgotten your password, you can always click on the forgot password option, which can be found on the login page.
Why I don’t receive any emails from ZeluTrade?
If upon account registration you did not receive an email confirmation notification, then please look into your Spam/Junk folder.

How to find out if my account is successfully connected to ZuluTrade?
Once your broker account is connected to ZuluTrade, we will notify you by email that your account has been successfully connected, and the email will also contain your personal login details.
After that, you can log in to ZuluTrade to configure your trader portfolio.
After your account is set up and deposited through the broker, ZuluTrade will immediately send you the account’s detailed login information.
If you have not received ZuluTrade’s login information within the specified time, and your dealer has notified you that your account has been linked to ZuluTrade, please contact us and we will contact your dealer directly regarding your account activation.
Why I cannot connect my account to ZuluTrade? What should I do?
If your account is not connected to the real investors MT4 traders account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your ZuluTrade account.
- Insert your trader account user name (digital only) on the ” traders account user name “field.
- Set the password on the” settings “tab of the” trader account password “area. Please make sure your MT4 master password is correct. (Remember, your password is case-sensitive.)
- Click “Connect Broker Account”.
After a few seconds, you should receive a message: “Congratulations! You are now connected to your broker account.
Please click here to reload your ZuluTrade account and start trading!
Your account status should now show as Linked Go to the broker’s platform.
If your account cannot be linked for any reason, please make sure you use the correct MT4 master password.
If you are using the correct password, but the connection process still fails, please contact us.
Please note that the required password is the MT4 master password, not the read-only (investor) password.
If you provide a read-only (investor) password, although your ZuluTrade account will be connected to your broker account, it is set to only In reading mode, you will not be able to receive any signals.
If you don’t remember the username and password of your dealer’s account, please contact your dealer.
The dealer can send or reset the login information for you again-since ZuluTrade does not have the right to obtain this information, you need to contact the dealer directly to inquire.
Why I can’t log in to ZuluTrade account?
If you are unable to log in to your ZuluTrade account, please make sure you provide the correct ZuluTrade username and password.
In addition, your ZuluTrade password can be different from your broker account password.
If you still cannot connect to your account, please contact us for help.
How to reset the password for my ZuluTrade account?
You can reset your password at any time by clicking the forgot password function on our login page.
Why my ZuluTrade account is blocked (frozen)?
If we detect any abnormal usage in your account, such as consecutive failed login attempts, we believe this is a threat to your account security, so we may temporarily disable access and lock your account.
In this case, the following message will appear:
“Due to continued failed login attempts, ZuluTrade has locked your account as a security measure.
To unlock your account, please visit the “Forgot Password” page and request a password reminder. ”
To unlock your account, please click Forgot Password, enter your email address, and click “Submit” to reset your password.
If you still encounter problems during this process, please contact us for help.
If you want to change your password, please log in to your ZuluTrade account and enter the password page of “Personal Information”. Here, you need to enter the current password and the new password.
How can I use ZuluTrade Demo account for more than 15 days?
If you wish to continue testing the platform and try different traders, you are very welcome to register for a new demo account.
You can register up to 10 demo accounts with the same email address, which is very helpful for users in the exploratory stage.
You can apply for multiple demo accounts with different parameters (leverage, equity, base currency) for testing.
Or apply different settings in each account and compare them to better decide which real account parameters are best for you.
The 15-day rolling expiration policy applies to all simulation accounts, and you can register up to 10 simulation accounts with the same email address.
Therefore, if you successfully try to log in to the ZTP page of your demo account within 15 days, the demo account usage period will be automatically extended by 15 days.
In this way, you can use your account as needed.
