How to participate in FBS Loyalty Program?

FBS’s loyalty program is free to join for all traders of the broker.

Follow the steps below to participate in the program to start earning “FBS Prize Points”.

  1. Open FBS Real Account
    You can participate in the program with any account types. Note that the amount of prize points you can earn on ECN account is less than other account types. See more about prize points in the below section.
  2. Verify your email address and account information
    You must submit some required documents such as copies of ID and Proof of address, to verify your account. This is the only requirement to participate in the program.
  3. Click the “Join FBS Loyalty Program” button
    Go to the “Loyalty Program” page in the client portal and click on the button to confirm your participation

Now you are in the loyalty program, starting from “Green” Loyalty Status.

In the client cabinet, you can track your prize points and status at anytime.

Earn FBS Status Points to upgrade your loyalty level

There are 4 levels within FBS’s loyalty program which are green, silver, gold and platinum.

At first, you start with the green level.

By trading more with FBS, the loyalty level will be upgraded.

Higher the level you are in, higher the points you will earn for each trade.

You will get points for your own closed orders according to the formula below:

The loyalty status coefficient (the status points you can earn per standard lot of trading) is as below:

Through FBS’s loyalty program, the difference between the open and close price must exceed 59 points, which is 5.9 pips, to be included for any calculations

FBS Loyalty Status Upgrade conditions

To be upgraded from green status to higher status, you must trade and earn certain amount of status point and deposit certain amount.

The required status points for higher status are as follows:

Earn FBS Prize Points for gorgeous prizes

“FBS Prize Points” and “FBS Status Points” are calculated separately, but with the same formula and coefficient rate.

Just like to status point, you will get “FBS Prize Points” for your own closed orders according to the formula below:

Here are some important additional information about some of these prizes above.

  • Cash prize is available for withdrawal through any payment systems. It is also available for internal transfers.
  • You can request the “VPS-server” prize for a maximum of 3 months in advance (in this case, it will cost you 99 Prize points).
  • If you want to request a private coaching session on a trading strategy, you need to send a request and specify the desired time, topic, and means of communication. After that, a FBS regional analyst will contact you.
  • You can request one gadget of each type on each Loyalty Status through fulfilling a standard set of guidelines.
