If the balance is displayed as 0 on the trading platform, please check your past order history in the Transaction History tab.

If your account is lost due to a stop out, your order will be automatically liquidated.

The balance displayed in the Personal Information Area (PA) is updated from time to time, but if you check your balance before the update, the balance displayed in the Personal Information Area may be historical.

For example, if you lose a few orders and lose all your account balance, you will get a stop out.

In this case, the trading account balance of that trading platform will be 0, but the personal information area (PA) before the update will display the past balance.
